Heather Campbell has been a Learning Coach for 5 years, 2 years as a district Grade Level Specialist, and 3 years as a school level Learning Coach. While working as a district Grade Level Specialist, Heather was on the team which created the data meeting agendas for the district to use, as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 Checklists for principals and teachers to use to determine effective instruction. Together with her principal, Julie Smith, they have implemented this process at their school with fidelity, set PEERS goals, and utilized the impact cycle to monitor student growth.
