Milena Varbanova is a former ESL school psychologist serving students in large suburban and urban school districts. She currently works as the ESL Administrator for Mason City Schools in Cincinnati, Ohio. Milena has also served on the State Support Team 13 prior to her current position. Milena has been teaching at the Assessment classes for the TESOL program at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio since 2014.
