The happiness and health of my staff is something that I see as being the main ingredient in our success formula. I have been recognized for the success I have garnered at my school and I attribute it to my focus on the well-being of everyone in my building. I have been asked by leaders in my division to share my 10 principles that focus on staff health and happiness with our district principals and leaders, and with staffs of many schools. My work was recently recognized by Bill Parrett and Kathleen Budge in their book "Disrupting Poverty."
