Sponsored In-Person Presentations

To ensure the highest quality presentations, all selected Sponsored Session presenters will be required to present in-person in Louisville. Sponsored Sessions will also be recorded and made available to the virtual audience to allow attendees who are unable to travel to view the sessions from their homes or offices. 

Accepted Sponsored Session Requirements

There is no fee to submit a proposal for a Sponsored Session; however, sponsoring organizations whose promotional proposals are accepted must have a paid-in-full exhibit space by September 16th.

Booth Sales for the 2027 National ESEA Conference

Booth sales for returning exhibitors will open in June. First-time exhibitors can purchase booths starting in July. The Exhibitor Prospectus is coming soon!
