PRESENT
Purpose
The overall focus is unchanged—federal education programs serving disadvantaged students. The aim of the 2027 National ESEA Conference is to help every child succeed and achieve at high levels.
NEW! ESEA Conference Tracks
We invite you to submit a session proposal aligned with one of our new conference tracks—each designed to highlight impactful practices, innovative strategies, and real-world solutions in ESEA programs.

Session Formats
The 2027 National ESEA Conference is a hybrid event, and we're pleased to offer presenters opportunities to present either in-person or remotely. All sessions will be recorded and later made available to all audiences, with many sessions live-streamed to the virtual audience.
Submission Process
Proposals for presentations at the 2027 National ESEA Conference in Louisville, KY and online, will be open May 1st through June 16th, 2026. Don't miss out on this opportunity to showcase your expertise and insights to a national audience. Remember, no submissions will be accepted after the deadline, so mark your calendars and submit your proposals on time. We can't wait to see what innovative ideas you bring to the table!
Timeline
All proposals submitted before the deadline will be reviewed by a committee of federal education programs professionals from across the country in a highly competitive two-part process. On Wednesday, August 26th, email notifications will be sent to applicants whose sessions have been provisionally accepted or declined. Presenters with a "provisional" session will be asked to agree to the official Terms & Conditions by Wednesday, September 16th for the proposal to be "accepted."
