Dr. DeVeda E. Coley received her Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership from Hood College in May 2020. Her dissertation focused on the importance of a restorative environment and job-embedded professional development in restorative practices for school administrators. She is an experienced principal who has had the pleasure of serving as a school administrator in Title One schools for 12 years. For the past two years, she has served as the principal of a specialized program that provides intensive special education and therapeutic services in a small, structured setting within a general education school.
