Mrs. LaVerne Cray has been a school counselor at Snow Hill Elementary School for 15 years. Her expertise in elementary counseling and social emotional wellness has been a guiding force at Snow Hill Elementary School in the journey linking social emotional competencies and academics. She has taken the lead as the PBIS and SEFEL coach for SHES leading the way for faculty.
