Heidi is currently a consultant supporting districts in the Cincinnati and SouthWestern Ohio region in the field of English/Multilingual Learners. She shares her years of experience working with diverse students through professional development and learning, coaching, federal and state compliance for Title III, and supervises teachers in the field. Heidi’s focus on academic vocabulary and literacy development emphasizes that strategies which support English Learners are good for all learners and that solid differentiation strategies must be manageable and sustainable.
