Share your expertise with our attendees! Proposal submissions for our upcoming 2025 Conference are open now through June 17th. Your unique perspective is invaluable to us, so we warmly invite you to share your ideas and resources. Whether you have timely insights or inspiring success stories, we welcome your proposals for consideration in Austin, TX. Sponsored In-Person Presentations

To ensure the highest quality presentations, all selected Sponsored Session presenters will be required to present in-person in Austin. Sponsored Sessions will also be recorded and made available to the virtual audience to allow attendees who are unable to travel to view the sessions from their homes or offices. 

NOTE: Though the 2025 National ESEA Conference is a "hybrid" event, there is NOT a virtual-only option for promotional presenters.

Accepted Sponsored Session Requirements

There is no fee to submit a proposal for a Sponsored Session; however, companies whose promotional proposals are accepted must have a paid-in-full exhibit space or purchase a full Conference registration for each of the presenters by September 16th (maximum of four presenters per session).

Booth Sales for the 2025 National ESEA Conference

Booth sales for returning exhibitors will open on June 4th. First-time exhibitors can purchase booths starting July 2nd. The Exhibitor Prospectus is coming soon!
