Deputy Superintendent Shaun Owen started Georgia's Consolidation of Funds initiative in 2016 at the request of the State School Superintendent. Shaun worked with ED, state agencies, GaDOE divisions and a dedicated group of school districts to develop the foundation for a now flourishing program.
