Victoria Rosenboom is a program officer at the U.S. Department of Education’s (ED’s) Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, where she works on the Title I, Part A program. Prior to joining ED, Victoria worked at the Urban Institute where she supported research on early childhood, K-12, and postsecondary education issues. She holds a BS in mathematics and political science from Nebraska Wesleyan University and an MPP from Georgetown University.
