Mrs. Hernandez has served in public education in Texas for more than 20 years as a teacher, administrator, and district program manager. Currently as the Director of the Master Teacher Initiative in San Antonio ISD, she manages more than 500 Master Teachers on more than 90 campuses PreK-12.
