Dr. Bullard began his career in 1992 in the Dekalb County School System as a special education teacher. He completed his doctoral work in December of 1998 in Educational Leadership and Supervision at the University of Southern Mississippi. With over 26 years in education he has served as an assistant principal, principal, director and assistant superintendent. In addition, he served as an assistant professor and project manager specialist for the University of West Georgia. Dr. Bullard served as a program assessment and review team leader for the National Dropout Prevention Center and Network where he led multiple school and school district processes to increase graduation rates and decrease dropout rates before becoming the Director of Strategic Talent Management in the Griffin Spalding School District. Dr. Bullard has a wealth of knowledge he has shared at conferences on induction, recruitment, and the P-20 Collaborative in Georgia. Finally, Dr. Bullard has received the 2016 Gold Award of Excellence for Strategic Partnerships from the Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators Conference, and the 2015 Platinum Award of Excellence for Recruitment Process & Materials, Retention Practices and Strategic Partnerships from the Georgia Association of School Personnel Administers.

Dr. Karen Cliett has over 31 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, grant manager, curriculum and professional learning coordinator for 60 schools before joining the Georgia Department of Education as a Title II, Part A Specialist. Dr. Cliett's passion has always been serving high poverty and minority students which is evident in her dissertation, Sustained Employment in High Poverty Schools. She continues to share her passion at conferences and in professional learning sessions.

Cyndy Saxon has over 36 years as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, directors of professional learning, elementary instruction, school improvement, and secondary instruction at the district level. Once joining the Georgia Department of Education she continued to work as a specialist and director before accepting the role of associate superintendent. Cyndy also served as an adjunct professor at University of West Georgia and recently began the Pre-kindergarten through 20 Collaborative (P-20) in the state Georgia to ensure every student had an effective teacher. She continues her work by leading the P-20 Initiative and developing grass roots efforts to Grow Your Own Teachers in Georgia.

Dr. Chandra Walker has over 17 years of education experience as a guidance counselor, assistant principal, principal, Director of Leadership Develop and Executive Director of Human Resources and Staffing. Dr. Walker completed her doctoral work in May of 2006 at Clark Atlanta University with an emphasis on Educational Leadership. During her time as an elementary principal her school was awarded a Distinguished Performance Level Score from Vanderbilt Assessment in Leadership in Education and the Platinum Award-CRCT Greatest Gaines from the Georgia Governor's Office of Student Achievement. Since beginning her work in Leadership Development, she has designed and implemented comprehension processes to identify, recruit, and retain schools leaders to improve student learning and provided consultation to universities across the county in the development, assessment, and improvement of principal preparation programs. Dr. Walker provides a wealth of knowledge in ensuring her school was successful as a principal and ensuring her district is successful by hiring and supporting the right people.
