Rebecca Donaldson, PhD, is the ESEA Federal Programs and Related State Initiatives Coordinator at the Utah State Board of Education. Prior to her current position, Rebecca served as a teacher, regional service center specialist, instructional coach, Utah's Reading First Coordinator, and State Title I School Improvement Specialist. She has 39 years of experience in public education working in and with Title I schools and has loved every minute of it.
