John McLaughlin
Federal Coordinator, Education for Homeless Children and Youth Program
John McLaughlin has been the federal coordinator of the McKinney-Vento Education for Homeless Children and Youth Program since March 2008 and also for the neglected or delinquent program through 2015. He has been an educator and administrator in the fields of ESL, at-risk education, teacher education and service learning.
