Misti Bergold has led and been involved with developing evaluation, academic, behavior, and community systems including collaborating with the city mayor, judges, and probation officers to reduce recidivism as well as the school to prison pipeline. Currently, she collaborates with therapists, probation officers, case managers, and parents to advocate, design as well as implement programs to mitigate the impact of trauma allowing students to be reintroduced and supported in general education settings.
