Jillian Luchner is Policy Manager at the Afterschool Alliance, a non-profit research and advocacy organization with a mission to provide affordable, accessible out-of-school time (OST) opportunities to meet the needs of our youth. In her role, she tracks federal, state, and local funding streams to support OST programming and presents research on demand for these programs and their academic, social, and emotional impacts on youth development. A former teacher and afterschool educator, she has a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Policy specializing in Education.
