For over 25 years, Dr. Magneson has worked inside public education. Her work within districts includes classroom teacher, building administrator, and Director of Federal Programs. For the last eight years, she has worked in the nonprofit area with the National Inventors Hall of Fame. Her role with the National Inventors Hall of Fame includes teacher professional development in Engaged Learning and Invention Education, and guiding districts to implement exemplary hands-on learning programs that instill and foster inventive dispositions for all learners.
