This presentation will review new policy and initiatives in Congress and the administration and how they will impact federal education policy. Topics of focus will include anticipated federal funding levels, new regulations and policy from the U.S. Department of Education, the outcomes or likely outcomes of federal court cases that could impact education, and predictions on policy for the new Congress and the 2021-2025 presidential term.
