Parents and families who are involved in their children’s learning, experience better academic and behavioral outcomes. This is especially true for our families who have limited resources in low-income urban and rural areas feel success. During this strength-based workshop, participants will have the opportunity join in a facilitated conversation regarding the social-emotional needs of our families and begin to develop an implementation plan for at least two strategies they have learned in this lively presentation.
