La’Keisha Ciprian M.Ed. is an Education professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry; she has been a Teacher, Director, & Technical Assistance Specialist for New Jersey's Statewide Quality Improvement Initiative; additionally, La’Keisha led New Jersey’s Inaugural Shared Services Alliance where she provided coaching to Education Directors in the area of business leadership. In 2019 La’Keisha added “Education Technology” to her portfolio by accepting a role as “Customer Success Partner” for Reading Plus, a personalized adaptive literacy intervention. In January 2021 she was promoted to Community Marketing Manager where she is responsible for cultivating literacy advocates nationwide and managing the company’s “Literacy Leaders Network”.
