Penney has worked extensively with educator preparation programs over the past 16 years. She is a member of the Georgia State Network for Transforming Educator Preparation Team and supports the work of the P20 Collaboratives across the state. Penney is also a member of the state team working with CCSSO and CEEDAR on the Advancing Inclusive Principal Leadership initiative.
