Cindy was a school leader for four years and a district leader for 11 years in a rural high poverty school district before coming to the department. For the past two years, she has worked diligently to provide opportunities for collaboration around equity data with both internal and external stakeholders. She is a member of the State Network for Transforming Educator Preparation Team and the co-lead for the CCSSO Advancing Inclusive Principal Leadership work.
