Dr. Montgomery led the founding and implementation of this program. As a result of the data and success, she presented a groundbreaking presentation in 2019 on this unique model. This model was first piloted at her school in 2017. Since this presentation, she has had multiple leaders from the school district come to her school to view the new model and has received district-wide recognition.
