This session will examine who the nation’s migratory children are, what makes them unique, and how they are served by the Title I, Part C Migrant Education Program (MEP). Key terms applicable to the MEP will be explained along with the variety of ways that school districts can work together with the MEP, both within and across States, to address the needs of migratory children and families.
