Presenters
Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson is an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Education.  He provides legal advice on a number of Federal education programs, including Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.

Isadora Binder

Isadora Binder is a Management and Program Analyst with the Department’s Office of Non-Public Education.  She works on equitable services with a focus on Title I, Part A.

Todd Stephenson

Todd Stephenson has worked at the Department since 2005 and currently serves as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, Office of State Support.  In this capacity he works with different aspects of the Title I, Part A program and other ESEA programs, including allocations and equitable services.
