Though we have been implementing ESSA for over one year now, the law continues to evolve through regulatory and guidance changes. This presentation will update attendees on ESSA changes and discuss how to balance the ESSA compliance requirements against the regulations under the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR). The session will provide practical examples and include an interactive element so that attendees can participate in questions and answers related to ESSA and EDGAR compliance.
