Jack O'Connor
I taught for 13 years in several schools around Montana. I was principal of a small, rural elementary school for three years. During this time period, the district and schools got out of improvement status after having never made AYP. I began work at the Montana Office of Public Instruction in 2006 as the Unit Manager for the Statewide System of Support and worked with the state’s lowest achieving schools. In 2008 I accepted the position of Assistant Title I Director where I monitor the Title I grant.
