Karen Campbell is the Director of the Office of Supplemental Educational Programs in the New Jersey Department of Education. She is responsible for the oversight and implementation of Title I Part A, Title I Part C (Migrant), Title III (Federal Bilingual), and McKinney-Vento (Homeless). She and her staff work with over 400 districts to promote educational equity for what she believes are the most vulnerable students in the educational process. The Office provides technical assistance to and monitors school districts and is responsible for intra-agency program communications. Since assuming the role of Director in 2011, Karen has promoted a culture of advocacy, support and compliance to ensure that “vulnerable students” are given the opportunity to succeed.

Charlie has been the Director of Early Learning and Intervention for over a year. Charlie leads the office’s efforts in English language learning and migrant education, Title I, and early learning. He has served as ENL teacher, Instructional Coach, English Department Chair, ENL Coordinator and Curriculum Coordinator for Special Services. Past experience includes teacher of ELL, LEA level coordination and oversight of Title III and Migrant Education programs.

Roberta Miceli is the Deputy Director for the Office of State Support at the United States Department of Education (ED). In her role at ED, she has primary responsibility for implementation of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) for the 50 states, territories and outlying areas. 

Prior to coming to ED, Roberta held leadership positions for The Miceli Group, a small, woman and minority-owned educational consulting business, the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), Department of Defense Overseas Schools (DoDEA) and local school divisions.

I taught for 13 years in several schools around Montana. I was principal of a small, rural elementary school for three years. During this time period, the district and schools got out of improvement status after having never made AYP. I began work at the Montana Office of Public Instruction in 2006 as the Unit Manager for the Statewide System of Support and worked with the state’s lowest achieving schools. In 2008 I accepted the position of Assistant Title I Director where I monitor the Title I grant.

Dr. Radke directs the administration of Title I, Part A and other Federal and State programs. The Office of Field Services' mission is to accelerate student achievement and close persistent achievement gaps through school improvement and the maximization of allowable uses of supplementary resources.

Lynn coordinates all Title I policy and program support to Virginia's school divisions, and manages a team of Title I specialists.  As such, she is responsible for ensuring that English learners are considered in Title I efforts. 

Veronica serves as the state director for all ESEA programs. She is the state lead for federal accountability design, policy, and programming efforts, including support to English learners.
