Federal Programs administrators are poised to administer programs that can transform student lives. Program coordinators must understand the nuances of schools and understand the vision and goals. Principals must write continuous improvement plans and work collaboratively with central office staff to execute the vision. This presentation details how the principal of Sandston Elementary School, Kim Powell and a Title I Program Specialist, Dr. Cassandra Willis, collaborated to increase outcomes for students and be recognized as a Distinguished School.
