She has served as the District 87 EOS lead since the partnership began 6 years ago. In her role, she has built systems to engage others in increasing student opportunities and achievement. She currently teaches professional development for her four high school districts on topics related to Mindset, Equity, & Instruction. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate of Education.
