This presentation will cover the latest in policy and statutory updates from Congress and the Biden administration. Attendees will hear generally about guidance and policy covering the Elementary and Secondary School Education Relief (ESSER) Fund, the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, and progress on the upcoming regulations on Title IX gender identity and sexual assault and harassment.
