Ms. Arlaud has eight years of experience in the education field, including elementary as well as secondary. Three of those years have been spent in a Title I school in Virginia Beach. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from the University of Mary Washington and a Master’s in Education with an endorsement in Library Science from Old Dominion University. Ms. Arlaud specializes in fostering lifelong learners through authentic and critical thinking.

With over 20 years in education, Ms. Byers' focus has been centered on creating a safe, joyful, wonder-filled, and interconnected environment that ultimately empowers students to make their own unique contributions to the world. A lifelong learner with a Master's in Elementary Education and a Reading Specialist certification, her specialties include integrating technology with an emphasis on incorporating social-emotional learning.

Brittney Church has a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Old Dominion University and an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from North Central University. Ms. Church has been an assistant principal for three years and has nine years of experience in Title I schools. Ms. Church seeks to create opportunities, in partnership with the community, to empower students to succeed. Ms. Church facilitates the implementation of mentoring programs in schools, partnered with community leaders in the Tidewater area.

With ten years in the field of education, four in Title I schools in both Florida and Virginia, Ms. Salas enjoys working with elementary students and specializes specifically in differentiation for gifted learners. With a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and another in Reading Specialist Certification, she loves to use literacy to guide all learning.
