Maegan has 17 years of experience as an educator, 15 years as an elementary school teacher and two years as an administrator. She has served as a facilitator and member of the Rochester Schools MTSS Leadership Team for five years and has provided coaching to schools around team composition, school-wide universal supports and classroom implementation.
