Julia Fallon is a technology and learning alchemist. Involved in learning technologies since 1989, she is an avid proponent of dynamic learning environments where highly effective instructional strategies integrate a wide range of digital technologies to equitably engage all learners. She is the Executive Director of SETDA (State Educational Technology Directors Association), where she works with U.S. state and territorial digital learning leaders to empower the education community to leverage technology for learning, teaching, and school operations.
