Walk, Listen, and Learn with The Walking Classroom

Presentation objectives are to inform attendees about the link between exercise and cognitive function, the features of The Walking Classroom, and give them a chance to experience the program. Attendees will Walk, Listen and Learn! The Walking Classroom aligns with academic standards for grades 4 - 8 and supports academic enrichment, increased physical activity, SEL, and health literacy. Program benefits include improved learning, better engagement, and clear improvements around mood and behavior all while engaging in additional physical activity.
