Dr. Dixon is passionate and a fierce advocate of public education and equity. Her areas of interests include instructional leadership, strategic planning, and building productive and positive relationships.
Dr. Gilmore served as a transformation coach in Allendale County Schools and became Interim Superintendent of the district effective July 1, 2018. Attendees will hear Gilmore’s hands-on experiences and insights and will learn about how the state and districts worked to build capacity to effectively implement continuous improvement initiatives and sustain them over time.
