Embark on a journey, with us, to redesign PreK-12 'teaching and learning' for all students, based on empirical education neuroscience findings and instructional strategies proven to work in any educational setting. This session offers participants a fun, interactive, hands-on opportunity to explore how the brain learns, processes information, acquires knowledge and thinks. Participants will be introduced to and experiment with the newest edu-neuro findings and teaching strategies in Brain Architecture, Culture, Language, Social/Emotional learning, Experience and the Environment. Augment daily instruction with this new approach and provide equal access to equal educational opportunities for all learners, especially English/Dual Language Learners and At-Risk students. Education is changing rapidly as research illustrates. We can revolutionize our thinking and practice to fully engage learners by teaching according to how the brain learns.
