Creating a Climate of Care Through Relationships to Overcome Trauma in Urban Schools
This session will describe the successful transformation of a struggling Drop-Out Recovery High School to a school of choice for parents through building relationships. In this session, we will discuss staff overcoming the trauma of drugs and violence to create a culture of healing and care to help our students grow and succeed in an urban school.
