Here's some federal money, what would you like to do with it? This is a question that many administrators pose or hear, but what if the question was, "What is your plan this year to improve performance? How can your federal funds support that?" Nathan Williamson, Indiana's Director of Title Grants and Support as well as a NAESPA board member, will share how Indiana has redesigned its structures and technical assistance to encourage and challenge local school systems to plan via a systems-level approach to improve student and educator performance. Audience members will have the opportunity to utilize the shared information in an interactive and brainstorming fashion.
