Dr. Hubert Schroer has utilized Energy Bus concepts throughout his 7+ year tenure as an elementary school administrator. Dr. Schroer's dissertation research focused on various educator perspectives regarding educational leadership, and he is also an adjunct professor at The University of the Cumberlands.
Cindy Ham has spent 19 years as a classroom educator, 14 years as a district administrator, and is a federal grants coordinator. Ms. Ham has worked with federal grants implementation at the school and district levels. She has also served for over 10 years on the board of the Kentucky Association of Assessment Coordinators.
Mrs. Burnett spent 12 years in high performing elementary schools working as a 4th and 5th grade math teacher, her last 6 years have been spent as a building administrator serving as a vice principal at a PK-4th grade building. Mrs. Burnett is passionate about education and loves to make coming to school fun. Implementing the Energy Bus into the daily routines at Hopkins has promoted positivity and excitement.
