This session will provide attendees with information on current legislative proposals, administrative regulations, and guidance. This information is designed to help State and district agencies plan for potential changes in federal programs and learn how action in Congress and the results of the 2024 election could impact them. Information from all three branches of government -- Congress, the U.S. Department of Education, and federal courts -- will be covered.
