For the first time in history, there are five generations working in, and interacting with the school district. There are four generations of parents and caretakers, each requiring different communication and engagement strategies. Nearly all new teachers are Millennials. According to a recent Pew research study of 2,146 school superintendents, less than six percent feel their district is doing enough to meet their needs.
