Ben Boerkoel has an extensive background in both continuous improvement and in the Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP). He has served as a continuous improvement consultant in Michigan for 15 years. As the MICIP professional learning lead, he has conceptualized and designed numerous training opportunities across multiple platforms and for multiple audiences and has delivered the learning to hundreds of educators both across the state and nationally.
