Statistics in Schools: Bringing Real Life Data to Students

This presentation will highlight how educators, teachers, parents and caregivers can use the U.S. Census Bureau’s Statistics in Schools (SIS) program to teach data literacy at varying grade levels. Participants will leave the session equipped with information on how they can incorporate resources offered by the SIS program into their classroom or distance learning. All materials are free and available entirely online. Participants will also receive a live demo of the SIS website.
