Research shows that the major factor in determining a child's success both in and out of the classroom is their social-emotional skills. This workshop aims to demystify S.E.L. by having attendees participate in engaging and fun activities they can easily transfer to their classrooms or afterschool programs. The instructional strategies shared in this session are designed to empower students from all backgrounds to think critically, act empathically, and communicate their ideas and feelings confidently.
