PerformancED will share an evidence-based, Digital Equity Solution for the 24/7/365 provision of the five most recommended needs for "Digital Learning", for underserved populations, 1.) Literacy – e libraries, 2.) Device, 3.) Connectivity, 4.) Behavioral Wellness, 5.) Cultural Competency & Restorative Practices Professional Development. Each component of the bundled solution is delivered utilizing state-of-the-art technology. The formula provides each District the means to factor their own value proposition to realize their goals and objectives in less than 12 months, by leveraging Title funds. The formula solution for achieving and exceeding Digital Resource Equity has been presented to the Michigan State Board of Education, The National Council on Educating Black Children and most recently, Feb. 21, 2020 at the National Association for African American Studies and their Hispanic/Latino, Native American and Asian American Studies Affiliates National Conference in Dallas, TX.

Michael Flood

Michael Flood leads Strategy at Kajeet addressing the critical digital equity challenges of Education Broadband.  Michael serves on the Board of Directors at CoSN, volunteers with non-profits such as SHLB and SETDA, and is active in state and federal policy arenas.  Michael has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Georgia Tech and Emory University, respectively.
Venita Kelley, PhD

Venita Kelley, PhD., has extensive experience in the Communication and Education fields. Co-Designer of an evidence based Closing the Opportunity Gap model. She was part of a $400M successful grant team that included the model. Dr. Kelley is a consultant and trainer in intercultural communication, gender and cultural proficiency in state, federal government, K-12 and university systems, medical schools, the private sector, and foundations. She is noted as a master teacher and for her expertise in intercultural communication, crisis and strategic communication and planning. She is the Executive Producer and host of public radio broadcasts/podcasts STUDIO SESSIONS ACTS, focusing on artists and their artist vision, and Co-host of TALK TO ME, a community empowerment show. Dr. Kelley is a national presenter/speaker on cultural proficiency & professional development (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) with Public Consulting Group (PCGUS).
Rogelio Landin

Over a decade of research and development of resource equity solutions to close achievement, opportunity and access gaps for at-risk youth. Applied consolidated recommendations of over 100 studies and reports to determine top five priority areas deemed essential for socio-economically disadvantaged students to realize improvement, promotion and success.
Amy Mansour

Amy Mansour is an accomplished and proven professional. Educational experience includes a Master’s Degree in social work along with a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology. Professional experience includes working at Henry Ford Health Systems with a variety of behavioral health settings as well as a medical social worker and case manager. She has been employed at HMSA for seven years total as an EAP counselor and Business Development Executive. In 2018, Amy was promoted to Business Development Executive at HMSA.
