Corey's areas of expertise include data governance; strategic planning for effective data use; and building partnerships among state agencies and between state and local education agencies. Previously, Corey was a Senior Program Officer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Director of Data Quality at the Tennessee Department of Education.
