Leticia Braga is an Education Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Education, with primary responsibilities in the Title III program and ESEA flexibility implementation. She holds an M.Ed. in International Education and an Ed.D. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her work prior to the Department focused on acculturation and pathways to higher education for immigrant adolescents, teaching foreign languages through service learning, and heritage language instructional strategies.
