What Works - Sharing Ideas and Discussing What Matters

This session highlights the power of regional collaboration among federal program administrators across St. Louis-area districts. Originating in 2019, the group meets monthly to share best practices, solve common challenges, and align federal program implementation with state and national expectations. By walking through the ESEA federal calendar, budget development, tiered monitoring, and equitable services planning, the presentation offers actionable tools and templates that support compliance and maximize student impact. The collaborative model showcased is scalable and strengthens implementation of ESEA programs through peer-led learning and shared leadership.
